Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Oceanside, California. This role requires an individual with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring precision and accuracy in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to ensure proper machine setup and operation.
• Monitor machinery performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure efficiency.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize waste.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during machine operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday7am - 3:30pm

Pay

Pay range of $22 - $25 per hour
